Rewards FAQ's
Hatch Rewards is our loyalty program, designed to thank our loyal guests and patients for choosing Hatch. Members earn points on every purchase and are able to redeem those points for discounts on future purchases. Members also receive a special Birthday Reward, and exclusive coupons and offers. Members that opt-in for text and/or email communication receive timely notifications of our sales, promotions, new product launches, and more.
- Seed Tier: This tier is free to join, and all recreational shoppers start out in Seed Tier. Seed members earn 1 point for every pre-tax, post-discount dollar spent at Hatch. Seed Tier members also receive a special Birthday Reward, and basic-level coupons and offers.
- Sprout Tier: Recreational shoppers leave Seed Tier and enter Sprout Tier once they’ve spent at least $500 within a calendar year. Sprout Tier members earn 1.5 points for every pre-tax, post-discount dollar spent at Hatch. (This is 50% faster earning than Seed Tier). Sprout Tier members also receive a special Birthday Reward, and exclusive coupons and offers.
- Flower Tier: Recreational shoppers leave Seed Tier and enter Flower Tier once they’ve spent at least $1200 annually within a calendar year. All Medical Patients are automatically entered into Flower Tier, regardless of spend. Flower Tier members earn 2 points for every pre-tax, post-discount dollar spent at Hatch (This is 100% faster earning than Seed Tier). Flower Tier members also receive a special Birthday Reward, and Top-Shelf coupons and offers.
“Annual” refers to total qualified spending between January 1st and December 31st of a calendar year. This takes into account total post-discount spend, INCLUDING tax.
Example: If you spent $1000 pre-tax within a calendar year and paid $200 in taxes, your annual spend is $1200.
When you qualify for a higher tier, you will keep your status until December 31st of the following year. Recreational shoppers will need to re-qualify every year to extend that status.
- For example, if you spend a total of $1201 at any point in 2022, you will enter Flower Tier and remain there through December 31st of 2023. In order to qualify for 2024, you will need to reach the same spend in 2023 or 2024.
Seed Tier members earn 1 point per 1 pre-tax and post-discount dollar spent.
Sprout Tier members earn 1.5 points per 1 pre-tax and post-discount dollar spent.
Flower Tier members earn 2 point per 1 pre-tax and post-discount dollar spent.
Once you’ve earned at least 200 points, you can start cashing in for rewards. 200 points can be used for $5 off your purchase, 400 points can be used for $10 off your purchase, and 1000 points can be used for $25 off your purchase.
When you log in, your current tier status will be displayed in your rewards wallet profile. You can find a badge for your tier status in the “badges earned” section, and you can find more details under the “your deals” section. If you are missing any of this information, please send us an email to customerfeedback@gohatch.com and we will attend to the issue as soon as possible.

Points expire on a rolling 365 day basis for inactive profiles. Profile activity is defined as making a purchase (using currency or points). This policy is subject to change at any time.
Points are earned every time you shop and are calculated based on your total pre-tax and post-discount spend.
Yes, your points will be applied once you finalize the transaction in person.
Points can take up to 24 hours to appear in your profile. If your points have not arrived and it has been more than 24 hours, please tap the “click here” button underneath your current points balance in your profile and follow the prompt.
When a coupon appears in your wallet, simply let your budtender know that you’d like to use that coupon and they’ll apply it to your purchase.
On your birthday that you registered your account with, you will receive a notification via SMS and/or Email, and your Birthday Reward coupon will show up in your rewards wallet.
Your birthday reward will be valid for 7 days, starting on your birthday.
The birthday reward is your choice of: $10 off your next purchase, or a selection from our birthday treat menu. Your budtender can let you know of that day’s offering, or you can call ahead.

No, a Hatch Rewards account is individual and non-transferable.
To redeem points, your budtender will ask you to confirm your phone number, and then they will be able to apply the reward towards that purchase.
Yes, you can use your points on a transaction regardless of other discount applications, unless otherwise specified.
To delete all of your data and remove yourself from Hatch Rewards, you can visit: https://lab.alpineiq.com/trackingPreferences/1612 at any time to access and delete your data from our system.
Please note that by doing so you will forfeit any existing points you have in your account. This removal is PERMANENT and you will not be able to re-join in the future. To opt out of emails or SMS but NOT leave the program, please see the next tab.
To opt-out of email messaging, please open up the most recent email from Hatch and scroll to the bottom of the message, where you will find an opt-out link.
To opt-out of SMS messaging, please go to your last correspondence and text STOP to opt out.
You will still be able to participate in Hatch Rewards, even if you opt-out of messaging.
